Nanovia Flex V0, is a flexible Shore 90A/40D fire retardant 3D printer filament. It’s fire resistant V0, according to the UL-94 norm, at a low thickness of 0.8mm. Furthermore, it’s easily printable on most 3D printers equipped with a direct drive and offers an excellent inter layer as well as bed adhesion.

Nanovia Flex V0 allows for the 3D printing of flexible parts suitable for high-risk environments thanks to its V0 UL94 non-flammability properties at 0.8mm.

This flexible 3D printing filament prints on the majority of 3D printers equipped with “direct drive” extruders, and does not require a closed enclosure or additional adhesive.

With its good resistance to wear and repeated bending, Nanovia Flex V0 is ideal for any flexible part in an industrial setting.

Application recommendations

Storage

  • Store in airtight container with desiccant, out of direct sunlight.
  • Dehydrate for 6 h at 100 °C prior to printing after prolonged exposure to humidity.

3D printing

  • When under extrusion occures, reduce the printspeed. Under extrusion might be due to the drive mecanism slipping on the filament.
  • Limiting the max volumetric speed can also help with loading and retraction slipping.
  • Nanovia Flex V0 is relativly fluid and might require a high retraction setting in the case of stringing.
