Find Nanovia at the Military school in Bourges, France en collaboration  along with Makershop to train military personnel in the use of 3D printers.

50 3D printers have been set up, making it the biggest 3D printer “farm” of Europe. These printers have as objective to create replacement parts for both the military vehicles and equipment.

The accelerated wear and tear caused by the exposure to extreme climate condition in the operating fields, requires a fast and efficient way to get spare parts available. Instead of having to wait for a spare part to be shipped to them, the French army is now using 3D printers to cut down on time and have their equipment repaired sooner.
